I would like to introduce you to our newest staff member and our brand new line up!
Meet Das (pronounced "Dash") and our new Sushi Bar!
Das was born and raised in Japan and has spent his life mastering the art of preparing sushi for his customers.
Das moved to New York City in 1994 where he worked at a 5 star sushi restaurant in the World Trade Center.
In 1998 he moved to Michigan and has been an owner operator of a sushi restaurant in Novi for the past 5 years.
Now his newest venture is with us here at Casey`s! We are so very excited to have him on board!
Our new sushi bar features fresh everything - no shortcuts here. Das will be featuring a different specialty item each day but we`re sporting a full
